Directions
Using the volumes calculated in our recipe builder below, follow these directions to easily create your own frozen concoction in your taproom:
- Make simple syrup by dissolving sugar in hot water.
- Cool syrup.
- While stirring, add citric acid and any additional flavourings or powders as suggested.
- Transfer to gallon jug with your base wine or cider, then chill for later use.
- Pour slushy mixture into slushy machine and wait until it freezes.
- Serve and garnish with lime or lemon (optional).
