Organic Toasted Coconut 25 lb

Unsweetened organic coconut chips. Rich flavour and aroma for stouts, porters, brown ales, and other styles. Toasting concentrates flavours and aromas, and reduces the level of oils that can adversely affect head formation and retention.

Suggested usage rate: 2-5 lb/bbl post-fermentation for subtle flavour, >12-15 lb/bbl for more intense flavour.
