Non-Alcoholic Belgian Witbier
Don’t forget to checkout our low-ABV version of this recipe: Half Wit Low-ABV Belgian Witbier
Fruit-flavoured beers now make up more than 18% of U.S. craft beer sales (as of early 2025). Belgian fruit beers are especially popular with Millennials, Gen Z, flavour-seekers, and occasional drinkers. Consumers craving unique sensory experiences—eye-catching color, citrus aroma, and vibrant taste—are increasingly drawn to these bright, fruit-forward styles.
Nit Wit Non-Alcoholic Belgian Witbier showcases Kerry Blood Orange Extract and Kerry Tastesense™ Sweet, creating the full flavour and rounded mouthfeel that can be lost in other non alcoholic beers. The result is a refreshing, fruit-driven option that captures attention while eliminating the “watery” perception often associated with the category.

Brewer’s Notes
Nit Wit delivers the familiar profile of a Belgian Witbier with a clean, non-alcoholic twist. Kerry Blood Orange Extract brings a bright citrus edge, while Tastesense™ Sweet helps round out the body and avoid the thinness common in NA beers. Flaked oats and wheat provide the classic haze and smooth mouthfeel, balanced by subtle spice from coriander and bitter orange peel. A touch of Amarillo hops adds a gentle bitterness that keeps the beer crisp and refreshing.
