Misty Mountain Hop

Image of Misty Mountain Hop

Low-ABV West Coast IPA

Misty Mountain Hop is a low-ABV West Coast IPA built to deliver real hop character without the buzz. El Dorado, Idaho 7, and Moutere bring tropical fruit, stone fruit, and a touch of pine, while Gambrinus IPA Malt provides the clean, bready backbone that keeps the beer balanced at just 2.4% ABV.

The malt’s light color and subtle sweetness support a crisp body work well in this Low-ABV IPA, without getting in the way of the hops. A solid whirlpool and dry hop charge keep the aromatics bold, proving you don’t need high ABV to get full IPA flavour.

Brewer’s Notes

Gambrinus IPA Malt gives this low-ABV West Coast IPA the backbone it needs without weighing it down. Its light color and clean, bready profile provide just enough malt character to carry bold hop additions while keeping the beer bright and drinkable. The result is a balanced IPA with full flavour at only 2.4% ABV—proof that the right base malt makes all the difference when brewing low strength hop-forward beers.
